The Kansas City Chiefs are looking to make another trade involving a wide receiver.

This time, they want to bring somebody in and not have to ship another receiver out. On Tuesday morning, ESPN's Dianna Russini reported on SportsCenter that the Chiefs are actively making phone calls to try and trade for a top receiver.

This receiver would help ease the pain of losing Tyreek Hill. Hill was traded to the Miami Dolphins last Wednesday after contract talks came to a standstill. The NFL world is trying to figure out who the Chiefs could be going after to replace Hill's production.

The Chiefs could try and get DK Metcalf from the Seahawks, though it's unknown if they're shopping him around.

Kansas City could also decide to not part with any picks and sign Jarvis Landry. He was released from the Browns earlier this month after they traded for Amari Cooper.

KC could also go after a receiver in the NFL Draft, which has a pretty deep group at that position.

Any move that the Chiefs make will make the AFC West even tougher in 2022.
