The Kansas City Chiefs are down 13-10 to the Tennessee Titans and are now waiting to see if wide receiver Tyreek Hill is okay.
Hill, who missed time earlier this year with a sternoclavicular injury suffered in Week 1, went down hard at the end of a play and may have injured his left shoulder.
Hill was shaken up, but did leave the field under his own power.

Prior to getting banged up, Hill was dominating the Titans. He has seven receptions for 96 yards so far.
At 6-3, the Chiefs are looking to pad their advantage atop the AFC West while staying in the mix for a first-round bye in the AFC playoffs. At 4-5, Tennessee is trying to save its season.
We’ll keep you posted on Hill’s status moving forward.
