Oakland Raiders quarterback Derek Carr took to Twitter with some thoughts on Donald Trump's inauguration. As you'd imagine, not everyone agreed with what he had to say.
Donald Trump is set to be inaugurated as our next president on Friday, and as such, athletes around the country are voicing their opinions on his election. Oakland Raiders quarterback Derek Carr had an interesting experience with the whole thing on Thursday night.
Carr took to Twitter to imply that while he isn't happy that Trump won, he wants to urge everyone to "come together" moving forward. Some didn't agree.
One thing is for sure - you're never going to see everyone agree on a topic on Twitter. That's especially true when the topic involves Donald Trump. Regardless, it looks like Carr has a positive outlook.
