For the first time in a long time, the Oakland Raiders are Super Bowl contenders. The Raiders, behind the stellar play of quarterback Derek Carr, are 10-3 with a real shot at a first-round bye in the playoffs. But they'll have to hold off the Kansas City Chiefs, are are currently tied atop the AFC West with them. That starts this Sunday with the Chargers.
San Diego, meanwhile, has had an incredibly frustrating season. The Chargers have been in every game, but have had trouble closing down the stretch. In fact, San Diego has lost seven of its eight games by one score or less. As such, they won't be participating in the playoffs this year.
