Football fans are going to be in for an interesting season of HBO's Hard Knocks. This year's team that will participate in this show was just announced, and it's a no-brainer.

HBO's Hard Knocks follows one team throughout training camp, giving fans an inside look at position battles, roster cuts and just about anything else that takes place at a team's facility.

Every year, HBO selects an intriguing team to follow in the summer. However, it'll be hard to top this upcoming season of Hard Knocks.

The Oakland Raiders will be this year's participant for the HBO special.

Although other teams presented an intriguing storyline, such as the New York Giants and Washington Redskins, it's hard to ignore the drama unfolding in Oakland.

The official announcement came from the Raiders' Twitter account.

One interesting aspect to analyze on Hard Knocks will be the relationship between Jon Gruden and Derek Carr.

All eyes will most likely be on Antonio Brown, who should be quite the star on the show. After all, the All-Pro wideout might talk about a few stories that took place during his time with the Steelers.

Let's also not forget about Mike Mayock and the pressure on him to succeed as the general manager of the Raiders.

It's fair to say that football fans should get their popcorn ready for an exciting season of Hard Knocks.
