Chargers wide receiver Keenan Allen has only appeared in two games this season due to a lingering injury. Even though it has been a frustrating year for him, the latest update on his status is actually promising.

The Chargers listed Allen as a full participant for this Friday's practice. That's a good sign for his Week 11 status.

Allen last played for the Chargers on Oct. 23 against the Seahawks. He had two receptions for 11 yards.

Not only have the Chargers been without Allen for the past few weeks, they've been missing Mike Williams.

Chargers offensive coordinator Joe Lombardi would love to have Allen and Williams at his disposal this weekend.

“If they are going, it’s huge,” Lombardi said, via Jeff Miller of the Los Angeles Times. “They are our two best receivers. If they are out there and healthy, it’s a big boost.”

The Chargers will face the Chiefs this Sunday in a pivotal AFC West showdown.
