The Los Angeles Chargers have struggled to really make a dent in their new hometown, since the move from San Diego. Today's crowd, for the team's first home game in over a month, is truly embarrassing though.

Both the Chargers and Los Angeles Rams have had to deal with plenty of opposing fans invading their stadiums over the last few years.

One would think with the Chargers playing in the 27,000 seat StubHub Center, it would be a hard ticket, but evidently not for fans of the Denver Broncos today.

Shots of StubHub Center for today's Chargers-Broncos game are pretty jarring, with a ton of Denver orange in the stands.

From the San Diego Union-Tribune's Annie Heilbrunn:

That's rough.

The Chargers are 7-2, and one of the best teams in the AFC. And as previously mentioned, this is the first chance fans have had to see the team at home in a while.

The last game at StubHub Center was on Oct. 7, a 26-10 win over the Oakland Raiders. Since then, the Chargers beat the Browns in Cleveland 38-14, the Titans in London 20-19, the Seahawks in Seattle 25-17, and the Raiders again, this time in Oakland, 20-6.

Even against a mixed, if not hostile, home crowd, Los Angeles has played well. The Chargers lead 19-7, though Von Miller just had a big interception of Philip Rivers, so things could be turning around for the Broncos.
