Earlier: Baker Mayfield is known to speak his mind. He did that again after today's game, taking a shot at the Browns' training staff.

In his first season in Cleveland, Odell Beckham Jr.'s production has plummeted. Beckham has been dealing with a groin issue all year, and it has reportedly affected his play.

In his post-game press conference following a 27-19 win over the Cincinnati Bengals, Mayfield called out his team's medical staff, saying Beckham should have had surgery on his nagging sports hernia during training camp.

If he had, Mayfield claims the dynamic wide receiver would have missed some time but would be healthier now.

It is amazing how the Browns can't even get through a win without experiencing some sort of team drama.

Going into the game, Beckham was the subject of a report from FOX's Jay Glazer stating that he wants out of Cleveland after only one season. Glazer was the first to correctly predict Beckham would be traded from the New York Giants last offseason.

After today's game, Beckham was reluctant to talk about his future.

The Browns moved to 6-7 on the season with today's win. They'll have to win out and get some help in order to qualify for the playoffs in the AFC. Update: Mayfield took to Twitter to attempt to clarify his remarks.

Cleveland faces the Arizona Cardinals next Sunday.
