Even when the Cleveland Browns win this year it feels like there is always something going on behind the scenes. After the team's victory over the Cincinnati Bengals, Baker Mayfield called out the training staff for how it handled Odell Beckham's injury.

It's not the first time - or the last - that Mayfield has opened up about a controversial topic. He's never been one to hold back his true feelings.

Fans in Cleveland rally around Mayfield's persona, but current and former players aren't too fond of it.

Orlando Scandrick, a former cornerback for the Dallas Cowboys, appeared on FS1's The Herd to discuss several NFL topics. During the interview, he took a few shots at Mayfield.

"Baker Mayfield has so much confidence and arrogance to have done nothing," Scandrick told Colin Cowherd. "He's an interception machine and doesn't do anything but rub people the wrong way."

Here's the full segment from The Herd:

Mayfield has struggled this season with turnovers. In fact, the former No. 1 overall pick has thrown 16 interceptions.

The Browns will try and keep their playoff hopes alive on Sunday when they take on the Arizona Cardinals.

We'll see if Mayfield can put his recent performance behind him and take advantage of a weak secondary this weekend.
