Colts vs. Raiders preview:
After an anemic performance against the Texans the week before, the Colts exploded for 27 points in the first half against the hapless Vikings. They'd win 34-6, with a dominating performance from the defense as well. For most of Sunday, it looked like Tennessee and Houston would fall, providing a huge boost to Indy's playoff chances, but both teams pulled out wins in the closing moments, all but ending the Colts' playoff hopes. Now, the Colts need a miracle to win the AFC South.
The Raiders bounced back from the Chiefs loss with a solid 19-16 win over the Chargers, and the Raiders have total control over the AFC West. If they win out, they win the division and secure a first round bye. It'd be the first playoff berth for this franchise in 14 years.
Colts vs. Raiders prediction:
Both teams have a lot on the line with this game, and I think it'll come down to a duel between Derek Carr and Andrew Luck. Both defenses are susceptible to the pass, and both offenses have proven they can put up a lot of points. The Raiders have the ball last, and as they always do, win on a last-second field goal.
