Cowboys vs. Giants preview:
The Cowboys are good. They have answered every question thrown their way, and dominated opponents on the ground in just about every matchup. Dak Prescott is efficient, and Ezekiel Elliott is electric as the Cowboys’ offensive line continues to be the MVP of the NFL season. Dallas took down the Redskins on Thanksgiving Day and squeaked out a win over Minnesota and own the league's best record.
The Giants have had quite the streaky season. After opening the season with two straight wins over the Dallas Cowboys and New Orleans Saints, the Giants dropped three straight games. New York rebounded well with six straight wins, but lost last weekend against the Steelers thanks to a poor offensive output. Now the Giants have to face divisional opponent Dallas, who just so happens to be on an 11-game win streak.
The Cowboys and Giants have played 109 times in history. The Cowboys lead the regular season series 62-44-2, but the Giants have a 1-0 advantage in the playoffs.
Cowboys vs. Giants prediction:
The Cowboys have one loss on the season. Fittingly, that loss came against the New York Giants in the season opener.
However, Dallas is rolling and the Giants just lost their best pass rusher, Jason Pierre-Paul, for the season. That hurts, especially with how much Dallas likes to run the football.
The Cowboys will get revenge for their early-season loss to the Giants.
