Jerry Jones Reveals Scary Details From Family's Car Accident Sunday

Sunday was a super tough day for the Dallas Cowboys and the Jerry Jones family.

The Cowboys fell to 3-4 after losing to the San Francisco 49ers but some of Jerry Jones's family also got into a car accident before the game.

A car that was carrying some of his family got into a car wreck when a barricade accidentally went up.

Jones told 105.3 The FÅN that the barrier busted the entire frame of the vehicle and his daughter, Charlotte, wasn't feeling as good as she hoped on Monday and Tuesday. His son, Jerry Jones Jr. got concussed from the accident but is feeling better.

Charlotte is the Cowboys' Chief Marketing Officer and Vice President of the Dallas Cowboys Football Club. She's been part of the team since her dad bought the team in 1989.

Hopefully, everyone is able to recover from their injuries in short order.

The Cowboys are currently third in the NFC East and need a win in the worst way. They'll head on the road again on Sunday for a game against the NFC South-leading Atlanta Falcons

A win would get the Cowboys to 4-4 and right back in the playoff hunt.

Kickoff will be at 1 p.m. ET.
