A Dallas sportscaster's well-put rant about the criticism surrounding Andrew Luck's shocking retirement decision has gone viral on social media.

Dale Hansen, the veteran broadcaster for WFAA TV, has gone viral in the past for his touching rants about issues in the sports world. He's done it again with the Luck situation.

The veteran sportscaster crushed the critics of Luck's retirement decision, as well as the Colts fans who booed the quarterback as he left the field on Saturday night.

"How stupid do you have to be? How bad does your life have to be?" Hansen said of the fans who booed.

He added:

“Football fans cheer the player who beats women or drives drunk or uses illegal drugs or cheats to win, but they boo a 29-year-old who has been in constant pain for four years because he chooses his life over money.”

That's extremely well put by Mr. Hansen.

Luck, meanwhile, has admitted that the Colts fans booing him was hurtful. Hopefully, he'll be brought back to a game this season or next to get honored properly for his time in Indianapolis.
