Philadelphia Eagles fans can breathe easy - quarterback Nick Foles will be good to go on Sunday against the Chicago Bears.

Foles suffered an apparent ribs injury during Sunday's win over the Washington Redskins, forcing him to miss the end of the contest, but he won't miss any further time.

Eagles' head coach Doug Pederson announced this afternoon that Foles will start on Sunday against the Bears.

"Eagles' HC Doug Pederson said Nick Foles is good to go for Sunday's playoff game vs. Chicago," ESPN's Adam Schefter tweeted.

The Eagles are set to travel to Chicago to take on the Bears in the NFL's Wild Card playoff round.

Foles is coming off a 28 of 33 performance against the Redskins, in which he threw for 221 yards and 2 touchdowns and 1 interception.

The Bears are playing as well as any team in the NFC right now, but Philadelphia clearly has something going with Foles and Co.

The Eagles and the Bears are set to kick off at 4:40 p.m. E.T. on Sunday.

The game will be on FOX.
