The Green Bay Packers took on the Seattle Seahawks on Thursday night in a must-win contest for both sides. Both teams have struggled to find consistency this season and are in danger of missing the playoffs.

Seattle used a late touchdown pass from Russell Wilson to Ed Dickson to take a 27-24 lead with just a few minutes left on the clock. In the ensuing possession from the Packers, Green Bay faced a fourth down with four minutes on the clock.

Instead of going for it, Packers head coach Mike McCarthy elected to punt and trust his defense. Seattle gained two first downs and ran the clock out to win the game.

It didn't take long for football fans and reporters everywhere to call for Mike McCarthy's job - which has been rumored about for much of the season.

Another failed season for the Packers could spell the end for Mike McCarthy.

Green Bay sits at 4-5-1 on the year and are likely to miss the playoffs yet again.
