The AFC Championship Game has lived up to the hype, with the Kansas City Chiefs and the New England Patriots heading to overtime.

It's Patriots 31, Chiefs 31 as we head into the extra period.

Both New England's star quarterback, Tom Brady, and Kansas City's star QB, Patrick Mahomes, have been sensational tonight.

Another quarterback has been brilliant, too - Tony Romo.

The former star Dallas Cowboys' quarterback-turned-CBS broadcaster has been incredible on the call for tonight's game.

Romo has been predicting plays and providing impeccable analysis all game long. It's been awesome to watch.

There are always some haters, of course, but for the most part, Romo is receiving incredibly high praise for his performance.

"Three QBs really shining in this game on a big stage. Brady. Mahomes and Tony Romo," Bruce Feldman tweeted.

"romo haters, fight me," Mina Kimes added.

Romo has been having a hell of a time watching the game and it's shining through on the broadcast, too.

"it really does help the broadcast hearing how much genuine fun tony romo is having. it's a plus," ESPN's Bomani Jones tweeted.

Hopefully the finish of this Chiefs-Patriots game is as enjoyable as the fourth quarter was.

The finish can be seen on CBS.
