Week 2 of the NFL season kicked off on Thursday night in a battle of AFC North foes. The Baltimore Ravens traveled to Cincinnati for a divisional matchup against the Bengals.
During the early minutes of the game, Ravens linebacker C.J. Mosley suffered what the team is calling a knee injury. The injury occurred after Mosley jumped over an offensive player and landed awkwardly.
According to a sideline broadcast from Erin Andrews, Mosley suffered a left knee injury and is officially questionable to return.
The initial diagnosis isn't great, especially when coupled with the visual of Mosley leaving the game on a cart.
The former Alabama star reportedly injured his left knee on the play.
Mosley is a former first-round pick from the 2014 NFL draft. He's been named to the Pro Bowl in three of his first four NFL seasons after being named college football's best linebacker in 2013.
