The 2018 NFL season is set to kick off in just a few weeks. During the lead up to the season, NFL teams are hoping to avoid injury during practice - a feat that has remained difficult this year.

Several starting NFL players have already suffered season-ending injuries including Chargers tight end Hunter Henry and Redskins running back Derrius Guice. Now the Pittsburgh Steelers have been hit by the injury bug.

Although not serious, Antonio Brown suffered a quad injury during practice earlier this week. On Tuesday, another Steelers star left practice early.

Ben Roethlisberger left practice on Tuesday after suffering an undisclosed injury.

Both reports suggest the injury isn't serious, which is great news for the Steelers organization. While Le'Veon Bell and Antonio Brown get much of the love, Big Ben is easily the most-important piece for the Pittsburgh offense.

He'll need to be healthy if the Steelers want to compete for an AFC title.

We'll update Big Ben's condition when it becomes known.
