Jaguars vs. Chiefs preview:

The Jaguars were ground into dust by the Titans on Thursday night, 36-22, and the score certainly does not accurately reflect just how bad of a beatdown it was. At the half it was 27-0, but Garbage Time Hero Blake Bortles got it together and threw three meaningless touchdowns, two of which came in the last four minutes of the game. He was also the leading rusher. Neat! The Jaguars are really bad at football, is what I'm saying.

The Chiefs dominated the Colts, 30-14, last Sunday without Alex Smith, who left in the second quarter with a concussion. He won't play this Sunday, but it's fine because Nick Foles looked pretty darn good in the pocket, going 16-of-22 for 223 yards and two touchdowns. The quarterback position for the Chiefs has always been plug-and-play, and whether it's Foles or Smith or Tim Tebow under center the outcome will generally be the same.

Jaguars vs. Chiefs prediction:

The Chiefs get their fourth straight win and move to 6-2 on the season and the Jaguars suffer the same humiliating fate as the Colts did last week. The Chiefs defense will terrorize Bortles for 60 minutes and the Jaguars run-game will be virtually nonexistent. Bortles throws two touchdowns in the final five minutes of the game.
