The most intriguing storyline surrounding the Jacksonville Jaguars involves Jalen Ramsey and his disconnect with the franchise. He remains with the team that drafted him, but there is a possibility he's traded in the near future.

Earlier this week, the Jaguars announced that Ramsey would be away from the team as he traveled back to Nashville for the birth of his second child.

Ramsey also missed practice for Jacksonville due to a sore back.

Even though Ramsey is still in Nashville, the Jaguars have listed him as questionable for this weekend's game against the Denver Broncos.

">Ian Rapoport had an update on the All-Pro cornerback. "It remains to be seen when Ramsey will actually be back in Jacksonville, but it's very clear that he still wants to be traded. The team doesn't want to trade him and they're basically staring at each other waiting for one side to move."

Rapoport also stated that Ramsey's issue with Jacksonville is the way he's been treated. He would like to receive a new deal, but the real problem is how the front office has handled him.

At this point it doesn't sound like Jalen Ramsey will rejoin the team this Sunday. The Jaguars and Broncos kick off at 4:25 p.m. ET in Denver.
