Jalen Ramsey wants out of Jacksonville. A feud with head coach Doug Marrone during the Jaguars' 13-12 loss to the Texans was the tipping point. A trade request came the following day.

Teams are obviously interested in the star defensive back. But to the surprise of many, there have only been a few rumors in the past 24 hours. Why haven't there been more suitors for Ramsey?

According to a recent report by ESPN's Dianna Russini, it appears Jacksonville's asking price is all too steep for teams around the league.

Most negotiations start with a high asking price, so this isn't all that surprising. But will the Jaguars come down from their initial demands?

One thing is clear, Ramsey is unhappy with the organization. He still intends to play on Thursday against the Titans. But during a media session with reporters on Tuesday morning, he teased a potential move happening before then. Could something already be in the works?

There is of course the possibility the Jaguars find a way to keep Jalen Ramsey. But any relationship he and Maronne had may not be salvageable any longer — except if the team picks up a win on Thursday night. As football fans have seen in the past, winning often cures everything.

Stay tuned for further updates.
