This week, Jon Gruden and the Oakland Raiders are coaching the future of the NFL at the Senior Bowl in Mobile, Alabama. As the head coach of one of the worst NFL teams, Gruden was given the opportunity to coach college seniors to get a head start on the draft process.

So far, Gruden made a few comments about the incoming quarterbacks, including one he thinks will be a first-round pick. During practice on Tuesday afternoon, Gruden commented that former Duke quarterback Daniel Jones will be a first-round pick.

While the Raiders have Derek Carr, they could make a move at the quarterback position, which would have been unthinkable two years ago when Carr was in the MVP conversation. However, after finishing the season with a 4-12 record, everything should be on the table for Gruden and company.

The Raiders have a potential out of Carr's contract heading into the 2019 season, but would still have to pay him a significant amount. Are the Raiders willing to move on from Carr?

With the No. 4 overall pick in the draft, the Raiders are in position to draft a top quarterback. Judging by Gruden's comments, Jones could be their guy.

The draft kicks off in late April.
