Josh Norman injury update: Josh Norman left today's game with a possible concussion.

Josh Norman, the Washington Redskins star cornerback, left today's game against the Detroit Lions with an undisclosed injury. It is now being reported that he is being treated for a possible concussion.

The injury occurred when Norman was contesting a deep pass to Detroit wide receiver Marvin Jones.

Josh Norman has exited the Redskins' game against the Detroit Lions and is being evaluated for a concussion.

Norman took a hard fall while in coverage of Marvin Jones in the third quarter and walked off the field directly to the locker room.

Norman, 28, was also playing today with an injured ankle.

Detroit currently leads Washington, 10-3. The game is being televised on FOX.

Update: Josh Norman has been ruled out for the rest of the game.
