Caitlin Clark Had 1-Word Reaction To Chiefs' Wild Win Over Raiders

The Kansas City Chiefs survived a late scare against the Las Vegas Raiders on Friday night, much to the delight of Indiana Fever star Caitlin Clark

Las Vegas was in position to kick a game-winning field goal, but a botched exchange between Raiders center Andre James and quarterback Aidan O'Connell resulted in a loose ball hitting the deck. The Chiefs were ultimately able to recover the fumble and end the game right then and there.

Immediately after the game went final, Clark posted this message on X: "CHIEFSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!"

Suffice to say, Clark was hyped up about that last-minute fumble recovery from Kansas City's defense.

Clark has been a lifelong fan of the Chiefs. She has even made some of her teammates watch them during the NFL season.

"I've turned quite a few people into Chiefs fans. And I think they honestly enjoy it because watching the Chiefs is exciting, it's an exciting style of football, plays they run, things like that," Clark said. "I think it's an easy draw for my teammates to want to watch because I feel like we play basketball kind of in that same manner."

The Chiefs clinched a playoff berth thanks to this Friday's win over the Raiders. Make no mistake though, they've got some work to do.

While the Chiefs have proven they're great in one-score games, eventually that could cost them. If they want to successfully three-peat, they have to get better in certain aspects of the game, like pass protection.

The Chiefs will return to action next Sunday to take on the Los Angeles Chargers. That should be a nice test for the defending champions.
