Antonio Brown's Agent Comments On All Of The Drama
On Tuesday afternoon, star wide receiver Antonio Brown returned to Oakland Raiders training camp after a brief hiatus.
The wide-out dealt with foot injuries and a helmet issue that kept him from the field this week. According to multiple reports, Brown suffered serious burns on his feet from a cryotherapy chamber.
He then allegedly threatened to retire if the NFL didn't allow him to use a helmet he's been using since he entered the league.
With all of the drama behind him, Brown returned to camp on Tuesday afternoon, ready to go. Head coach Jon Gruden revealed the star wide-out will be on the field Week 1.
Brown's agent, Drew Rosenhaus, also added some information about Brown's brief camp absence.
According to Rosenhaus, Brown was receiving off-site treatment for his foot injuries, rather than battling the NFL to wear his old helmet - as was reported earlier in the week.
Brown's return to the field is a great sign for the Raiders. After trading a third and fifth-round pick to the Pittsburgh Steelers for the star wideout, but haven't seen him produce just yet.
With Brown back in camp, Gruden and quarterback Derek Carr will finally learn what they have in the star wide receiver.
