On Sunday night, the Kansas City Chiefs hoisted the Lombardi Trophy after taking down the San Francisco 49ers by a final score of 31-20. While Patrick Mahomes and company put on quite a show, the lasting image from Super Bowl LIV came from the halftime show.

Jennifer Lopez and Shakira gave fans a performance they won't soon forget. Most fans declared it one of the best halftime performances they've ever seen.

Of course, there were others who didn't enjoy the performance. One man threatened to sue the NFL for "crotch shots" shown during the performance that put his eternal salvation in jeopardy.

Dave Daubenmire, a Christian activist, made it clear he's not happy with how the Super Bowl halftime show compromised his values, without his authority.

Here's just a snippet of Daubenmire's post on social media, via Sports Illustrated:

"I think we ought to go sit down in a courtroom and present this as evidence of how whoever [put on the halftime show] is keeping me from getting into the kingdom of Heaven...That’s discriminatory against the value I have in my house. You can’t just do that. I wanna sue them for about $867 trillion."

It's a bold plan.

Suing the NFL and its sponsors for the halftime show probably isn't going to work out too well for Dave.
