Manti Te'o Is Reportedly Landing A Prominent Job This Month

After working as an NFL Network analyst for the better part of a few months now, Manti Te'o is reportedly set to tackle a new role with Netflix.

According to Front Office Sports, the former Notre Dame linebacker has been tapped to be a studio analyst for the streaming giant's Christmas Day NFL doubleheader along with former Heisman Trophy winner Robert Griffin III, ESPN reporter Mina Kimes and Saints legend Drew Brees.

The group is expected to handle the broadcast's pre and postgame shows for Chiefs-Steelers and Ravens-Texans and Kay Adams will reportedly head up hosting duties.

Te'o joined NFL Media at the beginning of this season following an eight-year pro career and makes regular appearances on the hit show "Good Morning Football."

When it comes to the actual game action Ian Eagle, Nate Burleson, and J.J. Watt will be on the call for the early action between Kansas City and Pittsburgh, per The Athletic. While Ian's son, Noah, and Greg Olsen team up for Baltimore's contest with Houston.

Netflix is reported to have paid $150 million for the streaming rights to the two holiday games and they don't appear to be going cheap on on-air talent either.

The company's NFL broadcast will be streamed to over 282 million subscribers across more than 190 countries.

An official announcement on Netflix's Christmas Day football lineup could come as soon as this week.
