Cam Newton isn't the only Pro Bowl QB who knows how to make a fashion statement. Dallas Cowboys QB Dak Prescott is definitely dressed for his team's home opener against the Atlanta Falcons today.
Arriving at AT&T Stadium this morning, Dak was photographed looking absolutely ready to represent the state of Texas. From top to bottom he had: A white cowboy hat, a black mask (very bandit-like), a silver chain around his neck, a button down blue shirt, a leather belt holding up white khakis, and the pièce de résistance: Ostrich cowboy boots.
If that's not what a Dallas Cowboys QB is supposed to look like, then we don't know what is. The Cowboys fans seem to share the sentiment too.
Over 10,000 people have like the team's official post in less than two hours - the most by any Cowboys tweet in days. More than 200 people have descended on the comments section praising their QB ahead of the game.
"Cowboys by 100," one pretty confident fan wrote.
"I see you @dak killin em with the ostrich boots," wrote another. "Let’s get the W today!!"
Dak is going to need to make more than a fashion statement in order to "get the W today" though.
Dallas and Atlanta are both 0-1 and seeking to avoid the dreaded 0-2 start. But the Cowboys are dealing with a couple of injuries that could play a big factor in the game.
If Dallas wins, should Dak wear that outfit before every game?
