On Tuesday afternoon, Dallas Cowboys star running back Ezekiel Elliott made his return to Dallas.
After holding out in Cabo for a few weeks, Elliott flew back to Texas in anticipation of signing a new deal with the team.
He remained absent for the majority of training camp, but with just a few days until the start of the regular season, the star running back decided enough was enough.
Passengers on his flight home captured photos of Zeke on board the plane. When he arrived in Dallas, reporters were waiting for him as well.
A reporter asked Zeke if he was ready to rejoin the team. His message for fans was simple: “I’ve been ready.”

Elliott’s return to Dallas signifies the potential end of the contract dispute between he and the Cowboys.
Both sides are reportedly close to a new deal that would make him the highest paid running back in the league – though the official contract numbers have not been released.
Elliott is a two-time rushing champion and the heartbeat of the Cowboys offense. Now he figures to be a part of the teams plans for years to come.
