The Dallas Cowboys offense came out firing against the New York Giants on Sunday afternoon. In his first game as the offensive coordinator, Kellen Moore dialed up an incredible scheme en route to the Cowboys 35-17 win.
Dallas racked up 494 yards of offense led by quarterback Dak Prescott.
The former Mississippi State star completed 25-of-32 passes for 405 yards and four touchdowns on the night. During his stellar performance everyone at home had the same reaction: Prescott made his case for a new contract.
After the game, Jerry Jones responded.
According to Cowboys insider Charean Williams, Jones said he expects Prescott to have a new contract in “days.”
The Cowboys owner said a deal is “imminent.”

Jones and the Cowboys were busy this summer, locking up the team’s young talent.
Star running back Ezekiel Elliott, defensive end DeMarcus Lawrence and linebacker Jaylon Smith all received new contracts before the start of the season.
