Johnny Manziel Says He Wants To Play For The Cowboys

Johnny Manziel was interviewed by TMZ Sports after leaving a club the other night.

During the interview, the former Texas A&M and Cleveland Browns' quarterback was asked if he'll ever play in the league again. Manziel, 23, is currently a free agent and is suspended for the first four games of the 2016 season for violating the league's substance-abuse policy.

Manziel's answer: yes.

The former Heisman Trophy winner was then asked which team he would like to play for.

Manziel's answer: the Dallas Cowboys.

Here's the video.

Manziel has been linked to Jerry Jones' franchise since he left Texas A&M. Many believed Jones would take Manziel in the first round of the 2014 NFL Draft (and reports have said he wanted to) but the rest of the Cowboys' organization thought better and passed on him.

At this point, it's tough to imagine Manziel playing for any NFL team, though him and the Cowboys would make for some great headlines.
