Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott is back in the news, but not for anything having to do with his tenuous contract situation. This time, it's a domestic issue involving his dog and a now-hospitalized neighbor.
According to 105.3 The Fan in Frisco, a police report has revealed that a Frisco resident has been sent to the hospital after being bitten by Prescott's dog. Per the report, officers were called to the residence to deal with a fight between dogs. The resident who made the call attempted to intervene in the fight between the dogs but ended up being bitten.
The unfortunate resident wound up needing to go to the hospital. The wounds were deemed non-life threatening.
Officers soon determined that both of the offending dogs belonged to Prescott, who was not around when the dogs got loose from the property.
Per the report, the dog that bit the resident, a pit bull, must be kept under quarantine for ten days. The other dog was returned to Prescott.
The Fan reported that the offense is a misdemeanor with a fine of up to $500.
We know from Prescott's past social media posts that he has at least two dogs - Legend and GOAT - but it is unknown if both or either were the ones involved in the incident.
