The star wide receiver exited tonight's preseason game with an injury.
New York Giants fans are holding their breath tonight after Odell Beckham Jr. injured his left leg in the second quarter against the Cleveland Browns.
Beckham took a big hit from Browns defensive back Briean Boddy-Calhoun and collapsed to his knees in the tunnel leaving the field.
According to the Giants, he suffered an ankle sprain and was evaluated for a concussion, which he did not suffer.
If Beckham avoided any knee injury, that is certainly good news.
However, as former NFL team docter David Chao noted on Twitter, a high-ankle sprain could be a long-term issue as well.
We will keep you posted on Beckham's status.
