On Sunday afternoon, New York’s two NFL teams will square off at MetLife Stadium in a home game for the Jets.
Before the game kicks off, Giants star running back Saquon Barkley revealed his father might not be supporting him on Sunday.
The star running back said his father, Alibay, might wear a Joe Namath jersey. Barkley said his father is a life-long Jets fan so it makes sense he’d wear the jersey.
There’s also the fact that Barkley bought the jersey for his father before he even entered the NFL in the first place.

The Giants enter as a slight favorite despite playing “on the road.” There’s no true home-field advantage for either team, though the Giants might be more well-represented on Sunday afternoon.
Most of those Giants fans will be decked out on Barkley jerseys, but not his father.
New York will have to rely heavily on Barkley this weekend. Star tight end Evan Engram was spotted in a walking boot this week and wide receiver Sterling Shepard has been battling a concussion.
Look for rookie quarterback Daniel Jones to find Barkley early and often on Sunday afternoon.
The Jets and Giants kick off at 1:00 p.m. ET on FOX.
