The Philadelphia Eagles and the Seattle Seahawks are a couple of hours away from their pivotal NFC matchup this afternoon. Both teams have lost key players to injuries ahead of kickoff.

Philadelphia will be without wide receiver Alshon Jeffery this afternoon.

Jeffery was expected to play as of Saturday night, but he's been trending in the wrong direction this morning.

The wide receiver has officially been listed as inactive.

The Seahawks have suffered a significant loss, too. Seattle will be without star defensive lineman Jadeveon Clowney.

We'll see which team can push through the injury trouble and come away with a major win.

Philadelphia and Seattle are set to kick off at 1 p.m. E.T.

The game will be on FOX.
