On Thursday night, the Chicago Bears stunned the NFL world when they took down the Dallas Cowboys.

Dallas entered as a slight favorite, but it was clear early on that Chicago came to play. The Cowboys opened the game with a long touchdown drive to take a 7-0 lead.

However, it was all Bears from that point forward. Chicago ripped off 24-straight points to take a 24-7 lead in the third quarter. The Bears eventually jumped up 31-14 early in the fourth quarter, essentially icing the game.

While the win is nice, it appears to have come at a cost.

Running back David Montgomery left the game limping late in the fourth quarter. He was able to leave the game under his own power, but went right for the medical tent.

Montgomery paced the Bears on Thursday night with 86 yards on the ground. He ripped off a few big runs that kept Chicago rolling.

With the win, Chicago improves to 7-6 and keeps its playoff hopes alive. However, the Bears finish the season with one of the hardest schedules in the league.

With games against the Packers, Chiefs and Vikings, Chicago isn't likely to make the playoffs this season.

Stay tuned for the latest on Montgomery.
