Former Chicago Bears head coach Matt Nagy is still very high on quarterback Justin Fields.

Nagy only coached Fields for one year, but he got to see his talent up close. He thinks Fields is going to be a great quarterback for many years to come.

"Justin Fields has it," Nagy told Kyle Brandt. "He has everything. He is the real deal. They got the right guy and he will be a star in this league."

Fields started most of the games last season for the Bears but was a bit of a mixed bag. He finished the season with 1,870 yards through the air, seven touchdowns, and 10 interceptions. He'll now have a brand new staff coaching him as Matt Eberflus was hired as head coach and Luke Getsy as offensive coordinator. The NFL world isn't fond of Nagy giving his opinion since his tenure in Chicago didn't end well.

We'll have to see how much improvement Fields shows from year one to year two.
