Over the weekend, the Green Bay Packers sent a message to the rest of the NFL by taking down the Dallas Cowboys in their own house.
Star quarterback Aaron Rodgers took a backseat as running back Aaron Jones took over. Jones racked up nearly 200 total yards and four touchdowns en route to the 34-24 win.
The victory vaulted Green Bay to the top of the list of legitimate contenders in the NFC. After moving to 4-1 on the year, spirits are bright and the Packers are for real.
While things are looking up in Green Bay, Thursday afternoon’s practice report scared a few fans.
Rodgers popped up in the injury report. According to the report, Rodgers was limited in practice on Thursday with a knee injury.

Rodgers played through much of the 2018 season with a knee injury, though it’s unclear if the new injury is related.
This could just be a rest day for the veteran quarterback headed into the team’s game against Detroit. The Packers and Lions have an extra day to get ready for their game on Monday night.
Green Bay and Detroit are set for an 8:15 p.m. ET kickoff on Monday night. The game will be broadcast on ESPN.
