On Thursday night, the Green Bay Packers hosted the Philadelphia Eagles in what has turned into an early "must-win" for Carson Wentz and the 1-2 Eagles.

The game took an unfortunate turn early in the first quarter when Eagles defensive lineman Derek Barnett hit Packers running back Jamaal Williams in very illegal fashion.

Williams was carted off the field and taken to a local medical facility for further testing. However, the Packers announced Williams had feeling in his extremities.

Unfortunately for the Packers, the injuries didn't stop there.

Star wide receiver Davante Adams left the field at a critical point in the game. After pulling in a reception to put the Packers in scoring position, Adams left the game after grabbing at his foot.

He immediately left the game and went into the medical tent while the Packers failed to score on the drive.

Adams dominated the Eagles through three quarters of play.

The star wide receiver racked up 10 receptions for 180 yards before he left the game with an apparent lower leg injury.

As for what the injury actually is, the Packers have remained silent on the issue thus far.

Green Bay trails 34-27 with just over four minutes left in the game.
