However, Rodgers finally reported to training camp thanks to a re-worked deal and a trade that brought back wide receiver Randall Cobb. Earlier this afternoon, Rodgers showed why he’s the reining NFL MVP with an insane throw at practice.
During a quarterback drill, Rodgers unloaded a downfield bomb and hit a 1-foot-wide net right in the middle. Of course, video of the throw hit social media and immediately went viral.
A few hours after practice came to an end, Rodgers himself was floating around social media and saw the video. He decided to toss it up on his Instagram story with a one-word reaction.
“Swish,” he said.

After putting together one of the best seasons of his career, Rodgers is hoping the Packers can finally make a trip to the Super bowl.
Rodgers and company have been to two-straight NFC Championship games – both of which ended up in defeat.
Green Bay suffered a blowout loss at the hands of the San Francisco 49ers in 2020. The Packers made the NFC title game again the very next season, but ended up with a heartbreaking loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2021.
We’ll have to wait and see if Rodgers can lead the Packers to the promised land this year.
