Where will Julio Jones end up?
The Atlanta Falcons star wide receiver has made it clear that he would like to be traded. Jones reportedly asked for a trade a couple of months ago, though his request wasn't made public until he appeared on FOX Sports 1's Undisputed earlier this week.
Jones told Shannon Sharpe that he is "out of there" when it comes to the Falcons.
Atlanta is rumored to be interested in at least a second round pick to part ways with Jones.
“So what would it take for the Falcons to part with Jones? I think they’d probably do it for a second-round pick at this point. That said, I also think there’s some logic to hanging on to him. His contract would be a lot easier trade after this year, and the idea of having Pitts, Jones and Calvin Ridley together, even for just a year, has to be enticing,” Albert Breer wrote on Monday morning.
NFL.com has made its prediction for Jones' landing spot: Tennessee.
"I keep thinking Tennessee makes the most sense as a landing spot for Julio. The Titans lost Jonnu Smith and Corey Davis in free agency, leaving the passing attack thin on weaponry. It'd be an out-of-conference trade for the Falcons. And Arthur Smith obviously knows the Titans roster, so he can pick a player (a linebacker or offensive lineman?) to get in return. Imagine Julio Jones and A.J. Brown running routes for Ryan Tannehill with the best back in the game, Derrick Henry, mauling cats on the ground. I'm in!" NFL.com's Adam Schein wrote.
Multiple Titans players have made it clear that they want to get Jones. Will Tennessee have what it takes to pull off a trade with Atlanta?
We could find out soon.
