The NFL owners meetings are being held as we speak down in Florida, which means it is time for one of the more humorous moments of the league year: the annual head coach photo.

It is always funny to see these guys not wearing their typical coaching gear and posing for what looks like a big class picture. Every year, there's always at least one coach who gets singled out for how he looks.

This year, that's Matt Rhule of the Carolina Panthers, who looks awkward, to say the least.

While Rhule is being mocked for his appearance, it beats the alternative, which is not being in the photo at all because you're not a head coach anymore.

After two rough seasons in Carolina, Rhule's job security seems tenuous. He addressed rumors of being on thin ice earlier this month.

“If you’re a coach in the league and you don’t feel the pressure to win every year, if you don’t feel like, ‘I’ve got to improve the team,’ then what kind of coach are you? I want to make the team better,” Rhule said, via the Panthers team website. “And I want the fans to have something. It’s been a while since we’ve had a team that’s better than what we are right now. The only pressure I feel is to be really really good for our players, for our coaches, for our fans.

"So I think we’ve done the staff right, now we’ll do the Combine right. Free agency, we’ve re-signed a couple of our own players. Now we’ll continue to do that. Be active as much as can in the free-agent market, and hopefully have a good draft."
