The Carolina Panthers took down the Arizona Cardinals this weekend as backup quarterback Kyle Allen tossed four touchdowns en route to a 38-20 win.

Allen started in place of a banged up Cam Newton, who has been dealing with a foot injury. According to multiple reports, Newton could miss significant time with a Lisfranc injury.

Apart from the injury, Newton made headlines recently with his wardrobe choices.

One former NFL star isn't impressed. On Thursday afternoon, former NFL quarterback Michael Vick called out Newton for his choice of clothing.

"This isn't a fashion show. This is football," Vick said during a segment on Speak For Yourself.

Vick isn't the first former NFL player to call out Newton for his outfit choices.

However, he's arguably the most notable to do so. Commenting on Newton's wardrobe as he's battling an injury and isn't suiting up for the team seems like weird timing.

But everyone needs something to talk about while he's not on the field.

As for his health, multiple reports suggest Newton could miss a few weeks with the foot injury. He struggled when healthy, but the Panthers are in competent hands with Allen as the starting quarterback until Newton returns.

Stay tuned for the latest.
