Another team can be crossed off the list for Baker Mayfield.

Per NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, the Carolina Panthers aren't expected to trade for Mayfield before the NFL Draft. They also may not trade for him even after it's completed.

The question will now become who wants Mayfield? With the Panthers out, the most logical team is the Seattle Seahawks, but they haven't shown a lot of interest throughout this process. If Seattle is then out, Mayfield's options get even more limited. The NFL world isn't surprised by this news.

Mayfield is still rehabbing his left shoulder after undergoing surgery on it after the season ended. The injury ended up really affecting his play since he only threw for 3,010 yards, 17 touchdowns, and 13 interceptions.

Deshaun Watson is set to be the starter after he agreed to waive his no-trade clause for the organization.

It remains to be seen where Mayfield ends up next season.
