Football fans waiting to see where veteran corner Patrick Peterson will land next won't have to wait much longer.

On Wednesday afternoon, former NFL defensive back Bryant McFadden announced Peterson will be making his decision tonight. The two co-host a podcast together and Peterson's announcement will be made there.

So, when and where is this happening? Well, according to McFadden, the announcement will be made here at 6:00 p.m.

It didn't take fans long to start reacting to the news. Not everyone thinks Peterson deserves to have "The Decision" a la LeBron James.

"You don’t have the juice like that no more Pat. Just announce it," one fan said.

"Who he think he is," asked another fan.

"The hell he think he is lmao," said another fan.

Earlier this offseason, St. Paul Pioneer Press' Chris Tomasson noted that "CB Patrick Peterson continues to say on his podcast his desire to re-sign with the Vikings."

Peterson, 31, is nowhere close to being the player he was when he was arguably the best defensive back in football. However, the eight-time Pro Bowler gave the Vikings some vital help in his 13 starts.

Peterson recorded 45 tackles for the purple and gold in 2021. Highlighted by a game-sealing 66-yard pick six in Week 18.

Where will Peterson play next?
