On Sunday afternoon, former Alabama star quarterback Tua Tagovailoa will make his NFL debut for the Miami Dolphins.

Waiting for him on the other side of the ball will be the best defensive player in the game - Aaron Donald. The Dolphins host the Los Angeles Rams in what should prove to be a memorable contest.

Tagovailoa is used to facing tough defenses, which he did in the SEC for three years. However, facing the best defensive lineman in the world will be a different challenge.

Before the two teams face off on the field, Donald was asked his thoughts about facing a rookie quarterback. The Rams star said nothing changes in his preparation.

Here's what he had to say, via ESPN:

"You go about it just like every other week," Donald said of facing the rookie quarterback. "They are starting him for a reason, so we're going to go into the game with the mindset that we've just got to go out there and do our job, just like every other week."

Donald is in the midst of yet another dominant season. He's second in the league in sacks with eight - just one behind Cleveland Browns defensive end Myles Garrett.

He has a history of success against rookie quarterbacks too. Donald has 5.5 sacks in five career games against rookie starting quarterbacks.

We'll see if he can add to that total against Miami on Sunday.
