Photo: Los Angeles Rams Announce New Helmets For 2017 Season

The Los Angeles Rams will have a slightly new look in 2017.

In their second season in their new home, the Rams primary helmets will feature white horns. Since 2000, the team has had gold horns on a navy blue shell.

These helmets resemble the ones the team wore throughout much of the 1960s and 70s. Take a look at them.

What do you think of them? Personally, I'm a bigger fan of the yellow-and-royal blue color scheme the Rams had when they were last in Los Angeles. You know, the one from the days of Jack Youngblood, Jackie Slater, Jim Everett, and of course, Eric Dickerson.

That color scheme worked pretty well in St. Louis too after the team moved. The franchise's lone Super Bowl win came rocking the yellow-and-royal blue in January 2000.

You will get to see these new Rams lids in action come August, when the team opens preseason play.

The team finished 4-12 in its return to the City of Angels last fall, dropping its last seven games.
