The San Francisco 49ers' plan with the No. 3 overall pick in tonight's 2021 NFL Draft remains a mystery, and owner Jed York is having fun with fans because of it.

We all know one thing: the Niners are going after a quarterback. They've grown tired of Jimmy Garoppolo's inconsistent play and injury history. Tonight, they'll draft their future franchise quarterback, whether it be Mac Jones, Trey Lance or Justin Fields.

San Francisco's front office has had a bit of fun teasing the media and fans leading up to tonight's main event. York is the latest to tease Niners fans ahead of Thursday night's first round.

The 49ers' owner had a pretty good joke for tonight's draft. Take a look below.

"#DraftDay news breaking about our secret plans," York tweeted on Thursday. "No one has the time machine we’ve been tinkering with to re-draft @JoeMontana and let him win 10 @SuperBowl in today’s @nfl what’s @RapSheet been up to?!?"

Breathe, 49ers fans. We have only a few more hours until the 2021 NFL Draft gets going.

No matter what, San Francisco's new quarterback addition will be facing immense pressure. The 49ers are in a win-now mode and are just one season removed from running through the NFC and coming just a few plays short of winning the Super Bowl.

York knows the pick. So does Kyle Shanahan and John Lynch. The rest of us, unfortunately, will have to wait until tonight to find out.
