It seems evident that Russell Wilson is not completely happy in Seattle.
That does not mean the Seahawks quarterback wants a trade (though his name has surfaced in some trade rumors). However, the superstar quarterback is making it clear that he’d like some things to change.
Wilson appeared on The Dan Patrick Show on Tuesday morning and he had a telling comment about his role in the franchise.
“I want to be involved. At the end of the day, it’s your legacy, your team’s legacy…. It helps to be involved more. That dialogue should happen more often,” Wilson told Dan Patrick.

Wilson was also asked about the reports of the Seahawks getting calls about a potential blockbuster trade. Reports indicated that the Seahawks have received calls about Wilson, though they have no intention to trade him.
“I definitely believe they’ve gotten calls,” Wilson told Dan Patrick.

It would be shocking to see the Seahawks move on from Wilson, but it’s clear that the superstar quarterback would like to see some changes within the organization.
Seattle is coming off an impressive 12-4 season, though the NFC West champs were upset by the Rams in the Wild Card round.
