The injury bug hit the Cincinnati Bengals on Thursday night after several players left the game against Baltimore. Starting center Billy Price went down with an ankle injury and star running back Joe Mixon left the game multiple times.

The latter is apparently dealing with a significant knee injury. Although it's not likely to cost him the full year, a new report suggests Mixon will miss time after undergoing surgery.

According to Tom Pelissero, the Bengals fear Mixon needs arthroscopic surgery on his knee. If that happens, he'll likely be out for at least a few weeks.

Here's the report from Pelissero.

Mixon left Thursday night's game against the Ravens twice, limping off the field each time. Despite the injury, the former Oklahoma running back racked up 84 yards on the ground and caught one pass for three yards.

Giovanni Bernard was featured heavily in Mixon's absences on Thursday night.
